Products & Authenticity
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, absolutely. Daily Fuel sources all supplements directly from authorized distributors and brand importers. Every product is 100% authentic and comes with original seals, batch codes, and manufacturer details intact.
How do I verify a product’s authenticity?
Most brands include a scratch-and-check or QR-based verification system on the packaging. You can scan or check the code directly on the brand’s official website. If you have any doubts, reach out to us with photos and we’ll verify for you.
Do you sell near-expiry products?
No. We only sell products with a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life at the time of dispatch. Expiry date is clearly visible on all products.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select pin codes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a modification or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at fuelsdaily@gmail.com with your Order ID. After the order enters processing, cancellations may not be possible.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your registered email address and we’ll resend the confirmation or look up your order manually.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) generally receive orders faster.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee applies to smaller orders.
My order is delayed. What do I do?
First, check your tracking link (sent via email after dispatch). If the tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours or the delivery is significantly overdue, contact us at fuelsdaily@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an opened supplement?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements unless the product was damaged, defective, or you received a wrong item.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and verified, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds are typically faster (1–3 days). Card and net banking refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
