Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 5 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster (2–4 days).
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold.
Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link is sent to your registered email. Use it to monitor your order in real time.
Coverage & Restrictions
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery may be delayed in remote pin codes, during national holidays, or due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.). We’ll notify you via email if your order is significantly delayed.
We partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure your supplements arrive safely and on time. All packages are securely packed to maintain product integrity.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at fuelsdaily@gmail.com with your order ID and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
